At Creative-Cables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom lighting components. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any standard item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused components in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, sockets, and hardware are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
